How do I cancel a duplicate purchase?

Have tried to contact TM for hours without finding a direct email address. Purchased a bike light set this morning then an hour latter received what I thought was a failed purchase message so I tried again to find the first sale was complete. If TM add not sent that second reminder I would not have purchased. Cancel second light set purchase and confirm.
