I paid for and collected the item but the seller requested success fee from Trade Me

I received a email from Trade me said the seller requested service fee refund after successfully placed a order with me. Paid by cash and collected from his premises. He also charged me additional service fee to claim that is for Trade me. I am quite concerned about the cross tricked behaviour between two sides. Anyway to report the dishonesty?

Yes, you can contact Trademe via the Contact us page, bottom of any screen here. You can also click the Community Watch link on an auction if the seller has any current listings, choose from the dropdown menus - How it's listed - The seller is trying to avoid fees - success fee and write in all the info in the box provided.

Thanks Gary, the seller does not have other listings , I could not use the Community Watch link to report him, I did submit a complaint to Trade me customer service hopefully it can be resolved shortly.

Have bought product but seller could not provide the goods
They said have refunded by ping this is 14 days ago now no amount showing in my ping account what do I do now they sent my a screenshot of refund but why hasn't it shown my ping account

Ping refunds are made to the card used to purchase by Ping - Not your Ping account - Check the card you used against your Bank statement - Cheers 😊
