Pick up from another location

If you put **Please note: Pickup is from xxxxx** as the first line of the description, it will make it BOLD so easier to see, and if you have a delivery as well as pickup, you can add $0.00 Pickup from xxxx as a delivery option.

It doesn't help with the fact that people may be searching/browsing in their local area so will see your item in the wrong area, or not at all in the area they are are looking.

If there is another person in your household, you could list on their account and change their location temporarily to make things crystal clear.

Great advice from Gary-NZStocked - just ensuring you know not to list the one item twice albeit in separate accounts - if both were to gain Bidders you would be in a spot of trouble if 2 winners - Cheers.

Thanks. The first part of Gary's answer is easy I have done that. But listing the items in another person's account doesn't work for me. In this case, I will try and work with what I have, but as Gary points out, I will miss potential buyers who look for "listings near me". I guess this is an unusual situation, so the usual Trade Me system doesn't cope. Maybe I have to set up a second account.

I am Sorry to hear of your loss, 

We are only allowed the 2 accounts on TM - one being a personal account, the other an 'In Trade' Business account - Is there a person items will be picked up from who you can set a second account up for which, in this case, may only be required temporarily perhaps?
