sold an item but no contact from buyer.
I sold an item and have no contact from the buyer. Ok to be fair only 2 days ago but i want the item gone. Its in the road here. im trying to have a tidy up.. I cant email him because his emails keep bouncing back stating mail box full.
i dont care if he don't want it. I will still place good feedback, i just want to know if he does want it. Surely trademe can just give him a call for me and ask? Whats the go, how do we contact trademe to ask if the buyer still wants this?

Eddie, probably a bit soon unless you had buyer must pickup with 2 days or something written in the auction, but as a last resort if you have tried the usual contact methods like email, feedback, checking other listings, social media etc, if you go in to the sold auction and click on the Refund of your success fee, Trademe will email the buyer to confirm if they are going a head. After 3 days and they don't hear back, they will refund your fees and you can blacklist the buyer and relist.

You can contact TM through their "Live Chat" facility. - Once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
The 'Live Chat' manned hrs Monday - Friday are 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pm.
