Email option not appearing in contact details

Hi Kim, are you listing the vehicle as an auction or classified? 

With an auction, users won't be able to email you directly so you aren't able to include that information. Buyers can place bids or use the Q&A to ask questions (which you will be notified of by us via email).

If you are setting it up as a classified, your email address won't be displayed publicly for your privacy, but interested potential buyers will be able to click on a button 'Email the seller' and message you directly, which we will notify you of to your email inbox. You can reply straight to that person if you want to discuss things with them further, and they will then have your email address.

Listed as an auction. 

When I listed it gave me the option to include my mobile.  Potential buyer had contacted me via Q&A to make arrangement to view vehicle.  Is there anyway she can contact me as my number won't be displayed publicly?

Kim, your phone number will be displayed once any member is logged in. If not logged in they won't see the number. If they have used Q & A, then they must have been logged in and be able to see your number, if they look. If they have missed it, I would answer the question saying for them to call you on the number displayed on the ad.
