Notify when bidding within 15% of reserve

Notifying when bidding reaches within 15% of reserve price does not appear to be a current option one can select - However if this is something you would like to know on a particular auction(s) perhaps asking the Seller through the Q&A section in the listing(s) what their reserve price is would allow you to make the decision if you are keen to pursue the listing. The current email option reminders one can select are as below - Cheers.

Ivan, you will see an onscreen prompt when your bid is within 15% of reserve price if the seller has chosen to list with a hidden reserve. Well, you used to but I haven't seen it these days. Goes off to place some bids to see if it's still there...

Well, Whoops. There is no longer a warning when within 15% of reserve in a hidden reserve auction, or at least there isn't in the bidding modal box where you place a bid.

I just checked and merrily increased my bid bit by bit, then all of a sudden without warning, I was winning and reserve had been met. No warning.

Cheers Gary, - I got that same suprise when bidding in increments to uncover the reserve And the auto-bid top dollar saved value of the bidder higher than me to find I was the lead - the message prompt of the highest bid value by the other Member has also been gone for some time, I'm not sure if it came over to the new platform or if it initially did and has then since been removed/disabled - Cheers.
