Sending messages after a sale

Hi all
Is it possible to send a message to someone who made a query, after a sale?
Someone made an offer - I said ok, and then 5 minutes later, someone else bought it - and I need to speak to the person who originally made the offer.
It looks like Trademe has ended the conversation though - I can't see a way of replying.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserOnce the listing closes, you can't use the Q & A anymore. You can't speak to any watchers or bidders other than the winner, unless you have their email from a previous trade, however, if the first sale hasn't been completed you can go in to the sold listing and click on Make a fixed price offer, to other bidders and watchers/question askers. You should first apply for a success fee refund via the link in the sold listing and wait till that comes through before doing a fixed price offer.

It was a cash sale, and I don't know if the other person is going to show.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to talk to them.0 -

The best you can do is email your Buyer to initiate conversation and ascertain pick up. You will be able to make a FPO within 45 days of the listing closing so if your Buyer should fall through you have the option to offer as Gary NZ-Stocked has advised - once again claim your success fee's back first - Cheers.
