New trader

Hi
I did a buy now and its a new trader with no history and when I got the payment details it was all in Chinese and payment was in to City Bank. My gut feeling is not to go ahead with purchase.
Has anyone else paid into City Bank ?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserThere is no City Bank in NZ. There is a Citibank, but they don't do retail banking. I would go with your gut, and get in touch with Trademe.

Have a read through TM's Safe buying advice
TM Specifically Advise: Make sure you understand the postage costs before bidding, and never pay into an overseas bank account or via Western Union.
