No option to automatically send payment instructions?

Hi Fiona, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The option should be showing for you on the Android app under My Trade Me > Profile &account > Selling options > Payment instructions. You can set up, edit, remove and toggle them on and off. If the option isn't showing for you, and you've recently updated the app, a screenshot of your app would be handy for me to follow up with our Tech Team

I think Fiona means in the listing process there is no box to tick to send payment instructions automatically like there is on the desktop site and from the sounds of it, on the ios app too. So, if you don't have it enabled in your account settings when listing, it won't be sent.
Fiona, it is there when you Edit an existing listing on the app, so you can add it after you have listed, by clicking on edit then going to the pricing and shipping page.

I have never seen the above instructions on my app when listing. Since the latest upgrade, TM no longer sends my payment instructions automatically. Ive been everywhere including redo my payment instructions from scrtach and nothing No send automatically box to check .

I have the same issue can't sent payment instructions from Android ph app doesn't have option to do do since trademe changed to a "new look on app", have to manually email individually the only other option is to use ping or afterpay etc but incurs costs on each sale why are payment instructions not an option?

Same problem here on Android. Someone won my auction. Went to send them payment instructions and there is no way to do it. Have to get on a laptop to do that. Fix this please TradeMe

Same problem here! Although someone said they might be included in the 'you won the auction' email now? Can anyone confirm?

Unfortunately Angela, it is not always the case that payment instructions are sent to the buyer, even when the box is ticked. It's been this way for several years now.

Trademe this is really disruptive and frustrating, i have always had automated payment instructions sent post sale... and since last week they stopped. My settings still show my message is there and ticked but it wont go. I have had to email buyers post sale. Now some buyers are being aggressive and thjnking I am a scam, as i have a standard cut and paste email... to save a little time. Needs sorting or will stop selling. Who needs aggressive emails when you are a 100% rated trader.

Same problem here on an ios phone. In my profile I can view and edit payment instructions but buyers who choose not to use Ping are not recieving them.

Same problem here can't automatically send payment instructions on Android or desktop, ever since the terrible update to trademe, there are Soo soo so many problems with the new app.

Same problem here. I never once had an issue with my automated payment instructions not being sent (I've been using Trademe for years), but since the release of the new-look app my instructions are not being sent. I have checked on desktop and in app, and everything is ticked, they just aren't being sent. I have even asked a buyer to forward me her 'auction won' email from Trademe to confirm this was not happening, and there was nothing on there. My instructions are useless now as no one is receiving them or seeing them at all.
