Courier booked but now request for change to non rural
AnsweredDoes anyone have experience changing to a non rural delivery and getting a refund for the difference? the ticket has already been produced and the buyer has now given a non rural so they don't have to pay the extra, I have already paid the extra though.

The usual way to do it is to rebook to the new address, email Trademe and the courier company involved telling them what you have done and ask for a refund of the initial booking. I sometimes have to do this if a buyer has added extra things making a bigger parcel or has changed their address. Refund usually comes back in a day or 2, or instantly if Live Chat on TM is working.
