Animal Welfare

Hi Tammy, we don't have a specific code of welfare for every animal that gets sold on site, there's a heap of animals! But we do have policies that promote animal welfare and have a team that reviews such complaints. The code is just for cats and dogs, but its optional, so people can still sell cats and dogs without vaccinations or vet checks and just not opt into the code.
Whilst there is an optional code for just cats and dogs, it doesn't mean there aren't policies for the rest of the animals on site. You can check out these links for more information:
