My Listing is not showing up on the trade page ?

Perhaps I wasn't logged in, I listed 2 things and one item went on fine, and the second has not showed up

hi yesterday i relisted about 20 movies  which took some time, now they are not on my listings, i relisted these movies because they were taken of my listing and i wanted to replace them  kindly chech for me please ,it seems so odd

Hi Price. If you let us know your Trademe membername we can look to see if you have listings.

Impossible for anyone other than you to know which have not listed unfortunately. 175 listings including 14 you listed yesterday. Do you use My Products, or just list direct.

If using My Products there will be a current listing link in the status column of the product if it's listed. If it's active but not listed, do you have it set to keep within your listing allowance, in which case that would be the reason it hasn't listed. 

I have put a listing up on trade me. for fox terrier pups. I can not see it and my friends have looked but can not find it.

Hi Donna, if you let us know your Trademe name we can look for you. Also, have you checked your account transactions page for the listing fee that applies for Dogs for sale that you paid when you created the listing? This will also have a link in it to the listing to click on.

When did you list it? How did you list it? Is it in your items I'm selling folder? What's the listing number? A few clues and we might be able to see to help you.

I have listed something and it comes up in the "Items I'm selling" bar but when I click on it it says listing not found have list 2 more times and it still didn't work

why is my listings not valid?? 

There could be a number of reasons you're having difficulty seeing your listings.

• If you're doing a general search for them while logged into your Trade Me account, they might not show. Log out of your account and try again.
• Double check that you started the listing correctly and that it isn't waiting to be confirmed or saved as a draft.
• From time to time, we might need some further information from you about your listing so that could be the cause for a slight delay. Check your emails (including junk and spam folder) where you can reply to the team to get things sorted.

I placed an ad days ago and it's not available for anyone to find when searching. Trademetrader29 is my name :3809163855 is the listing number
Please fix.

I placed two listing with Feature level paid ads yesterday, and it does not show up in Trademe search yesterday and today. So I tried to make another listing with Feature level paid ads this morning again, and find it still does not show up in Trademe search! my TradeMe name is: fung7, and the affected listing numbers are: #3817812983, #3817829408, and #3818362058. They are all laptops for sell. Please help fix them. many tks!

I have just added two products and they are showing in items I'm selling but not under my products. Also when I try to edit or view the listing (I log out to do this) they are not showing. 

It comes up with an error 

Listing id 4198053421 is not valid - this is happening on both listings. 

My listings are now showing - not sure what happened there.

But now I have added more items under my products and none of them are showing except one item....

Is this a bug with trade me and it will fix itself? I have logged in and out, checked that I have listed correctly and then I log out and search for the items I have listed and they are not showing. It says that my listings are active????

If you can see the Listing word beside the product in MY Products, you can click that to go to the live listing.

Once a listing has been made Active by activating, it will become live and generate a new listing on a time cycle, usually 5-15 minutes. If you force a single product to become active from inside the product, it will create a listing immediately and you will see the listing number show at the top of the MP screen after you do it.

All this is of course if you are within your free listing allowance and if not, then you don't have the MP settings ticked that says Do not exceed my xxx free listings allowance, in which case listings will only be created as another one finishes.

If the listings are for things like mobile phones and you are a newish member, it could be that TM are doing checks before your listings are live, hence the listing invalid tag. Contact Trademe to confirm if this is the case if they haven't emailed you already.

Sometimes this checking goes on in the background and then 20 mins or so later your listing suddenly appears, other times you may need to contact Trademe to get it seen to sooner.

This is all presuming you have actually successfully started the listing but it's not showing in your items I'm selling page. If it is in your items I'm selling page buy you can't find it on the general site, check you have it listed in the correct category as sometimes errors like this can be overlooked and then people including you will have trouble finding the listing in searches.

Hi there, I think I am having the same problem , I can see my new listing is showing an active status on my product but I am not able to see find my new listing on item I am selling page ,

Bumbo, in My Products does it say Listing in the status column beside the item? If yes, then click the listing and does it look right. If it is not showing description and location says undefined, you will find refreshing the page will then show as invalid in which case Trademe will have emailed you wioth instructions.

Hi Gary, thanks for checking out my question, the status column in my product beside item is showing “active” not showing the normal blue color “listing” and I have enough funds in trademe balance for additional listing as I m reaching over 50 listing , is there anything I m entering incorrect here?

Check your Settings tab in MP to make sure you don't have a tick in the Listing allowance cap box if you are near/over your limit, that's unless you want to stay under your allowance and not pay HVL fees, in which case, MP will rotate your listings to keep within your free allowance.

Hi Gary , I think I have solved this , i went to my product > setting and untick the listing allowance cap and the new listing was added and showing my my tm , thanks!
