Removing bids on my auction

Add them to your Blacklist, then remove their bid.

I cant they have 2 little stars in there name it keeps saying they dont exist

Click on their name or feedback number till you get to their profile or feedback page, where you will see their full membername that you can drag over to copy/paste to your blacklist. Often those members with stars in their names are because Trademe have incorrectly formatted the display box they show things in, which shows some members with stars rather than proper chars.
