Adding a tracking reference.

Malcolm   yes it is Malcom, in the past I have asked sellers to enter tracking number there, so I can track,

been trying to educate some, I wish sellers using desk top and My Products did it automatically,

I am over chasing sellers for tracking numbers,

Interesting you mention My Products as that also has the ability to add tracking info to sales - but adding the tracking info outside of My Products doesn't update within My Products. But other things like placing feedback do update My Products (after some delay).

Malcolm   I do everything from My Products, Book Courier as it is all on one page, easier than normal site, including placing all my feedback etc,

It is very rare I go to my Sold Page outside My Products,
