Wrong customer address summited to courier when booked need to change so how?
AnsweredHOW do i go about changing a customers address after i have already booked it with wrong address?
I need to cancel the booking and then get a refund ion it and then rebook the parcel with correct address.
it is so difficult as a in trader to find HELP?
why is it so fricken hard?
There doesn't seem to be an easy procedure offered>
Cant find trademe help chat at all.
Just a stupid summit form then i have to wait 2 to 3 days. I need it done now not in 2 to 3 days

Hi Carleen, just click in to the booking and choose Re-book your courier.

On that same page, click on the link to email the courier company and tell them you have booked with the wrong address so have rebooked and can they please refund via Trademe. Give them the booking number and the tracking number, old and new. Copy the same email to Trademe using the contact us link or use live chat.
In a day or 2 your courier cost will be refunded, although if you use Live chat, it is usually instant.
