Q&A no longer working?
AnsweredHi, went to ask a question today and got a pop up stating can't do this, very puzzled as I am authenticated, verified and 100% positive feedback. Anyone have the same issue? and there's no blue bubble chat support after 0900hrs for a 7 day a week help service. Cheers

It might be that the seller has had their privileges revoked due to other misdemeanors, although there used to be a message come up saying that.

You could always ask a Q on someone else's auction to check and see if you get the same or different message.

Same, but this is a seller with over 1000 trades and only 6 negative reviews. I don't understand either

Ive had my questions and answers feature revoked permanently which I think is unfair, trademe refuses to reinstate it and I cant ask questions neither can other traders they can't ask me questions whuch is unfair to them, I cant do anything about it abd ive tried.

Does that particular Listing have an place for you to email Or message the Seller Or even have a contact telephone number within it for you? - This would be the normal way Bidders/Buyers ask questions without the Q&A facility - Cheers.

You can contact trademe and ask them to remove your bid, or you can ask the seller through the questions and answers feature to remove your bid, if he ignore your request then definitely ask trademe to remove it.
