Placing feedback after 4 months

I need to place feedback for an item I sold but due to covid could not be picked up for 4 months, is there a way to do this?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserNo, you have 45 days to place feedback, so it's best to do within that time. You can edit feedback on the old site, but not on the new one as yet.

This is maybe something you could think about as with covid lock downs this may happen again

Yes, I'm sure quite a few people have ignored the email reminders to place interim feedback and didn't realise they only have 45 days to do so.

Callum Community SuperuserThe time has maybe come to increase the 45 day limit. I suggested it at the topic below. Maybe adding another thumbs up or 2 could help getting it considered.
