Community Tip – checking for existing posts that could answer your query
Hi everyone, here's a useful screenshot that Gary shared recently with some advice on how to search within Community.
Before you start a post about something you're needing a hand with, you can pop in the subject in the search bar, and then look at the relevant existing Community posts - your query might already be answered!

When I deposit funds into my TM account - Why does it take so long to appear. If I am putting money into my account it usually means that I need the money to send a parcel by courier who needs the payment up front. Sooo I have to delay posting because the money is not being deposited into my account for up to 5 days. Please look into how your processes can change so that we can be more efficient at what we do.

Hi Pam, if you're topping up your account using Ping, it will be instant. With internet banking the delay is down to bank processing times so I'm afraid it's out of our hands. It's worth getting in touch with us about your Trade Me account balance if you have any concerns though, so we can see if we can do anything to help.
