Accidentally gave the wrong address
AnsweredHi there, I have sold an item, and when booking a courier I have accidentally given my own address instead of the address of the person that should be receiving the item (buyer). The courier is scheduled to come on monday in 3 days, is there anything I can do to change the address or get that money back

I've copied below from another post which should help you. Basically, re-book the delivery correctly and cancel the first one.
I have to email them once a week or so to cancel a booking (usually as later on a buyer bought more and I need to repack in a larger box, or the buyer has changed their address), and when I do that, I use the Contact us link to email Trademe, and copy and paste the same details in an email to Aramex. I enclose the Trademe booking number, the tracking number, and a brief line saying why cancelling. Usually I get a reply from Trademe within 24 hrs and they have processed the refund straight away, plus get a confirmation email from Aramex saying they have cancelled booking. I use the email address for Aramex that's on the booking page here on TM. Seems to always be the same person that replies to me from Aramex too.
