There is no withdrawal fee charged when withdrawing multi qty listings listed through My Products.
There is no way to withdraw listings from within MP. You need to withdraw via the link on the auction listing page, which you can get to via My Products, or directly via your listings.
Products do not get deleted from within MP automatically after 45 days. They stay until you delete them yourself.

No idea sorry, I don't use it, but maybe contact Tradevine and ask them. You can bulk de-activate products in MP and stop them from relisting, but the only usual way to withdraw in bulk is to contact Trademe if it's for a special reason like a bereavement and they can do it for you.

Just to explain what I am doing, you may shine some light on a fix. I currently have 2000+ listing on TM all Buy Now, my supplier updates their stock list hourly so stock numbers change quickly, I tend to target product that has 5+ in stock, but I was caught out this morning when the data feed shows 200+ zero stocks.....hmmmm bit of a dilemma
Thanks in advance for your assistance

Oh ok. I'm not the best person to reply as I only sell things I have in my stock. Maybe someone else will come along and help. I use to use Trademe's "retail feed" which could withdraw listings when you set stock to zero and could update every 15 mins. Not sure if they still run that system, but might be worth asking them.

Is there any way I can retrieve deleted items from unsold items. I deleted 17 items by mistake on 26th July 2022.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Lilly, the listings can’t be reinstated to your unsold folder once this has happened, but there is a work-around. If you have the listing numbers available (perhaps in your emails from us), you can simply enter the listing number into the search bar on Trade Me and hit search. This will bring up the listing page with your usual seller options at the top (you’ll need to be logged in), and you'll be able to relist from there.
If you don't have the listing numbers anywhere, reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team for a hand
