how do i stop trademe's stupid spam emails?
Over the last few weeks i have noticed new emails from trademe asking me to sign up for this and that...then reminding me that i havent. They are sending me more and more. and conveniently when you click on the "unsubscribe" link to any of their stupid emails it returns page can not be displayed! How do i stop trademe's spam mail? thank you.

Kia Ora gns-supplies,
If you go through the Desktop site check all of the TradeMe email paths to ensure you've unticked all the options you no longer want which are spamming you. - You will want to check under every drop-down field as well. - I've just successfully unsubscribed from Trade Me - Competitions & promotions without landing on a page that can't be displayed.
If you still get the can't be displayed page on the Desktop site a cache clear may be required and ensure your running the latest up to date version for your device. - You can run a search for the Website & App Troubleshooting pages if you need assistance with either at the top of community help pages.

Don't forget to scroll to the very bottom of the TradeMe Email options to select the 'Save changes' Tab - Cheers.

yeah well i did that last year to stop them that time. They are still un-ticked. but that doesnt seem to matter now.
The links that i was talking about that cant be displayed are in Trademe's spam emails them selves, not on the email option page. These have all been un-ticked for over a year and they are still un-ticked.

So it looks like that they send their spam mail from Trade Me <trademe@mail.trademe.co.nz>
So i have blocked it. Problem solved.

Cheers gns-supplies,
That's interesting, it's the same email address I managed to unsubscribe, from within the email itself, when I clicked unsubscribe from within the email it opened up a desktop site page which told me it had unsubscribed from Trade Me - Competitions & promotions. Hard case, mine was the $5,000 is locked in the safe 🔒 email. I have noticed when I unsubscribe from one place the emails can turn up through a different pathway. It's concerning you got to a page that wouldn't load so I would recommend a cookie/cache clear and ensuring you're running on the latest updated version for your device.

block all emails from trademe (send them all to spam folder), you can put them on a spam registery if you want then just check daily for sold items etc.
is the easiest way to get away from all the spam they send out; 8 + emails for one sold item is crazy0
