Hi there
I have sold 5 pesetas, Spain1975 Listing #6164624278 & I would like to cancel this trade. No option in the ad to do so, so please help me in this matter. Also I asked for refund & thank you I got it (the item sold for $1.00 but I got -$0.98 in my ping account). I would like to refund the buyer $1.00, so how can I do it from ping????

You can't cancel the listing, it remains in your sold items as a sale had gone through, once refunded it should show the refunded status but the listing remains closed as the sale took place.
As you've been refunded the Buyer should also have received a refund to their payment card used to purchase - you wouldn't receive a refund before a Buyer is refunded.

Hi thereI would like to refund the buyer $1.00 (sold amount) but I don't know how to do it as my ping account is negative. Go to 'Refunding Ping payments' in the Help file below, this shows you how to process the refund depending on which device you are using. Once the refund is processed your Ping fees will be automatically refunded to your account. - Cheers.
