Hi there I would like to refund the buyer $1.00 (sold amount) but I don't know how to do it as my ping account is negative. Also I wonder, when I asked for refund my ping account getting negative $0.98 & didn't been refund for the ping fees ($0.02). I have been a member with Trademe for more than 15 years but now the layout of the Trademe page is very complicate to understand - I'm sorry to say so.
