My Property Listing has neighbor's RV and Sales Price estimate, not mine

I live at 17a . . . I've listed 17a for Sale but the Listing quotes no. 17 RV/CV and their estimated sales price, which is very different ( way higher ) than mine. How do I fix this "link" ? I've tried changing my address to 17A . . 17a . . 17 A . . . or 17 in Street number and A in flat no. None of them work

This info is pulled through from council records. So the error could be there. You could check that it is recorded correctly on the council records, or contact the homesestmates team directly to see if it can be resolved that way.

flossy63 Community SuperuserIs the Property crossed leased?, as that will & can cause an issue, as the first address is the one often pulled up first, so if there is a 17 and an 17a, #17 will always be pulled up first,
had same issue years ago with Auckland Council, they had to make changes in system, as both addresses on system, but 1st one always came up?, as at the time when they changed where you had to book your in organics, only got 1st number,

No not cross leased, but a 3000m2 no, 17 section had our 1123m2 section cut off in 1970s , , ,
So thanks for that . . will talk to Council
