ping balance gone where?
Sold item, check ping balance and see the funds, come back later to see the balance at zero and think oh good the funds have been put in my account, but no, no deposit and no funds in the ping balance?? What is happening, if this is normal and fine and the funds just sit somewhere in limbo land I dont like it one bit. This is not TM's money and I have already posted the item on the strength of seeing it earlier on my ping balance. I hope I am correct in thinking it's just a time thing but jeez man I dont like this one bit.

Did you request a transfer out of Ping or have you got an Auto transfer set up?

I have auto transfer set up, the funds have gone in my account now but there was no record of their existence for several hours which would be very concerning on large amounts. Thank you for your response.

The funds would have gone out to the batch run which leaves TradeMe to your Bank account approx. 2:45pm each day. Pleased to hear they've turned up in your account now. This will have been recorded and trackable through the company's background system. - Cheers.😊
