Offers
I find it really interesting that some buyers are open to offers but never accept, decline nor counter offer - what is the point then? And yes, the item is still available :)

Callum Community SuperuserDo you mean some sellers? Only they could answer that I guess. Have you also tried asking them a question on the item? Just in case there is some issue and they haven't seen the offer or are unable to respond.

If you're referring to "Make an Offer" due to the upgrades Counter Offers aren't available on all listings created in the New System. Offers are only available for 24hrs so if a Seller hasn't received an email alerting them to an Offer made Or they haven't seen the email Offer come through it's possible the 24hr window to Accept, Decline or Counter Offer has closed.
