Counter offer has been made to me with no way to accept
A counter offer has been made on one of my items, but there is no "accept offer" on the desktop or app. I tried getting help from the help bot on here but it was atrocious and offered no help. Just kept saying that my issue must be confusing, and then asking if I had any other issues for it!!

Offers & Counter offers are only available within the first 24hrs of being made Or unless a bid is made which reaches the reserve/start price which cancels all offers out. - If neither of those apply to your listing can you see the Counter offer in your notifications? you may be able to process your acceptance that way in the interim.
Ensure your device is running the latest up to date version and clear your cookies & cache incase you have a redundant one interfering, you can also try disabling any extensions you may be running 1 at a time in the off chance an update has been applied which has blocked the Accept Tab from view.
Otherwise if the sale price has a 'Buy now' and has been listed live less than 7 days you can try adjusting the Buy now price to the Counter offer price you would accept and place a Sellers comment in the listing advising you're not able to Accept Counter offers on this listing therefore have lowered the 'Buy now' to meet that price for ready purchase. - All the Best.
