Unable to see the filter option for "Pets Ok" in the rental property search option

Kia ora jithinswz1, there isn't a 'No pets' filter anymore, recently there were changes to the law regarding pets in rental properties. In almost all situations, landlords can no longer have a blanket "no pets" rule and must consider requests for pets on a case-by-case basis. To reflect this, we have updated our listing options to include 'By consent'. The 'No' pets option should now only be used in the very limited circumstances where it is acceptable under the new law.

Also remember with Bonds the legislation uses the word "may' so it's not compulsory to charge Pet owners, or for that matter anyone else the maximum permitted weeks of Bonds.
