Trademe has really gone backwards in so many ways with the functionality of their site!

Hello mme. Not sure what you mean by you can "no longer change type of item you are listing?"

Do you mean you can't change the category? It has always been like this across some categories. Because they have different fees associated with them.

If you mean you can't change the description, that is allowed as long as the item doesn't have bids. 

It's means that if I list womens jacket and accidentally list it as a shirt I can't change to a jacket within the same category.

Also you now can't see the members name on the watchlist to see if you if they've good enough feedback to offer the item to them.

Kia ora mme, you can contact the team for help editing listings, but generally it's not possible to move listings around in categories that have attributes, you'll need to create a new listing. 

I didn't ask for help with editing.

I just wanted to know why you can't change style of item within a category now?

Also why you can no longer see a members name ...

Sounds like because of the attributes that Michelle mentioned mme 

The Jackets category has selectable attributes like blazer, coat, denim, parka when you make the listing. 

So if you try to change to another category that trips it up and makes it not possible. I guess the answer for now is letting it close and put it in the correct category on relist if it remains unsold. 

Yes but it used to be. I'm not making a whole new listing for it!

Why can't you see TM ID when your offering?
