Property Listings viewed with a video or 3D tour are being pulled up randomly on entering further listings to view

Kia ora S, can you send us a screen recording of this happening and a couple of listing numbers and we'll have a look into it.

As the listings which are pulling up previous video or 3D on listings is random & as I have to select the X to close the incorrect one down to give you the individual listing number which has pulled up the incorrect video/3D tour it's impossible to take a screen recording as said, once I select that X the next few listings I pull up are fine until it randomly picks up another listings video/3D tour I view. - I can get a run of that incorrect video/3D tour coming up one after the other on listings which have their own video & those without a video/3D tour Or I get the incorrect one at random going down the listings view.

You also have the tracking of where I was in the system lastnight & again this morning - Yes! the same issue is recreating itself today 23 July 2026. - The above 2 Listings were from this morning's check - as said, as I had to close the incorrect 3D tour down on the second listing to give you the listing number the issue didn't recreate though will randomly on another listing in same category & location selections as I continue down the viewing list.

As this is random as I pull up different listings in the viewing order this is not recreated by a search of the listing numbers. - Thanks.

Kia ora S, thanks, we'll take a look and see if we can replicate it. If you're clearing cache/cookies while browsing, this would cause it, the site needs to save its temporary session cookies to browse normally.

Cookies & Cache were cleared some time after it started happening to ensure I had no corrupt ones - I shut the laptop down after clearing them and start the laptop up from the beginning, the system will show I had duplicate Logins & duplicate confirmation codes entered as I did this Lastnight - they were cleared again when I shut down lastnight - Not inbetween viewing/browsing. - Cheers.
