is anybody else getting excessive pressure to provide shipping when trademe clearly doesnt give a toss about the size or weight or fragility of any product being sold

I do support Trade Me pressuring sellers to provide shipping costs if that's what they are doing. In fact in my opinion it should be pretty much compulsory.
It might mean some changes so there can be more options for shipping opened up, but really there is no reason you can't add the shipping costs for ANY item if you are going to allow shipping?

As a buyer if shipping is not listed I will look else where.
As a seller, it definitely is a plus having shipping added.
Then there is not extra hassle or inconvenience of paying shipping separately.1
