Chat Bot auto-refreshes consistently

The Chat Bot is still auto-refreshing itself - whether you're typing or reading the bot responses it just auto-refreshes randomly.

How are members expected to learn steps through the bot when the page auto-refreshes back to the beginning of a new conversation & you have to repeat your query to get the info' again!

Leaving a message - Yes! we can type a message in a document writer first then copy/paste it in however this doesn't help when you include Help file links for the Team to go direct to the page you're referring to - the page links are accessible in the document writer however when pasted in the bot the hyperlink is not there.

It's taken me 3 goes at reporting a huge discrepancy within 2 Help files - I have to wait for the transcript to come through to paste screenshots in - then I had to go back into the transcript to paste the page links. - I'm trying to help clean up the contradicting errors in the Help section - this should not be so time consuming for members, how many members just give up and the system plus Help files remain contradictory!  

Desktop site, New Look, MS Edge Browser, Cookies/Cache cleared - System on the latest up to date version. - I've been reporting this for over a year!
