How to use or transfer funds out of my TradeMe Account?

I have a balance in my TradeMe account, which was previously used to pay the TradeMe commissions on my personal sales, but now they are not charging selling fees for sale of smaller personal items, the money is just sitting there and I cannot figure out how to either use it for purchases or something else, or transfer it to my PING balance or bank account or...??? It is my cash deposited and would like to use it or get it back! Any ideas please? Thank you
