Lost contact with the buyer via the email TradMe porvided
I used the email TradeMe provided, but haven't received any response. What shall I do? Thanks.

Sorry to read you haven't received a response to your email,
Buyers obligations allow for 2 working days to reply to emails and 7 days to make payment unless stated otherwise on your Listing therefore depending on when the Listing was purchased and your email was sent it could be early days yet.
What you can do...
- Check your email spam/junk folder on the off chance one from your Buyer has gone there.
- Double check you have the correct email address against that given in your sold items.
- If they have any Listings running themselves you can use the Q&A section on one of those to let them know you've emailed, please check their email spam/junk folder & contact you.
- If they have no Listings you can place this as initial feedback & edit it once the Trade is completed - it can only be edited the once.
- If you hear nothing nor receive payment within the 7 days you can email your Buyer you are cancelling the Trade, refund any payment made, edit feedback appropriately & relist your item.
I hope your Buyer is well & you hear from them soon.
