Adding courier after Afterpay

Good morning,
How is a seller supposed to navigate this please?
1. I added Afterpay as an option to a listing, by request of the buyer.
2. They paid, and the ~5% fee gets deducted.
3. They then advised their location so a courier cost could be calculated.
4. I can't add a courier fee in this order, confirmed by the chatbot:
To include a courier fee with an Afterpay sale:
- Add the shipping cost to your listing before the buyer pays.
- Afterpay will cover the total amount (item price plus shipping).
- You’ll get the full payment upfront, minus the Afterpay fee.
You can’t add shipping after the buyer pays, so make sure it’s included from the start.

9.5. A Seller must:
a. offer clear shipping options with specific pricing on all listings offering the Service; and
b. not add any surcharge or impose any cost on buyers for making payment using the Service.In this case, if your Buyer can't make a Bank transfer of the shipping cost you can set them up another Listing to 'Buy Now' with the courier fee only for them to purchase by Afterpay - coming forward shipping cost must be included on the Listing prior to purchase. - Cheers.
