Hello glanzas. Do you mean sitting in your Ping account? If it's in your bank account it's yours. 

If it's in your Ping account, have you requested it to be moved to your bank?

When you set up a Ping transfer out of your account for the first time, after selecting your transfer out method - Manual or Automatic - you will receive a .1cent into your nominated Bank account - this confirms to TradeMe they have the correct Bank account and the full funds transfer will follow.

If you selected a Manual transfer out, once you see that 1.cent in your Bank account go back through to select 'Manual' once more to release the funds.

Both manual & auto transfers leave Ping accounts in batch runs approx. 2:45pm everyday - any transfers requested and Ping payments made after 2:45pm will go out in the batch run the following day after which it is up to your Banks processing times for the funds to land in your Bank account. 

Keep your eye on your email incase the company require any further information from you, being it's your first transfer out. - You may not receive an email, this is just incase the company require any further verification which would be a one off. - All the Best.
