Who else has experience this with the Bot, wrong date and time?
Left a message this afternoon on my personal account, but noted tonight no E-Mails as of yet,
looked at the date on it and what the heck? as still had that tab open, Jan 19th 5:37pm?
yet it is June1st 2:53pm?,
I did not see that as I was in a hurry, as needed to go out again, as no time this morning,
was there a glitch today?, I went back through old chats, never had one on that date and time either,

Kia ora flossy63, the time on the chat is when you first opened the chat window or selected new conversation, which could be weeks ago, but you may not have actually had a conversation at the time. If you are getting a random time when you are selecting the "new conversation" button, can you take a video and send it through so I can pass it on to the team.

Hi Michelle,
yes, I have had plenty of conversations after that date, Browsers been closed etc. computers completely off for weeks while I was overseas, this was the last one before yesterday,
when I went back last night it changed to correct date, hence was there a glitch?
as checked history, no conversations on that random date?
