Ping payment
Does Trade Me have customer support agents?
I transferred my ping balance to my bank account on Wednesday (27/05) - Later that day i got a deposit but it was only 1 cent. My ping balance is $0.00, not sure what the issue could be here and Trade Me's lack of communication is appalling.

Sorry to read that hasn't been transferred as yet, I was waiting for your reply in the other Post you commented through. As I've already explained the .1cent and the balance hasn't come through you can check with your Bank if there's been a processing delay otherwise you contact TradeMe through the Blue speech icon Bottom Right of your screen, a staff member will make contact once they've sighted your request. - All the Best.

I’m waiting for a response from Trade Me, a few times and it kind of looks like they’ve been sighted, closed/ended. I called my bank and they don't see any issues.

Double check your spam/junk email folder just incase a message went there in error, that's been fairly common. - You should have received an email transcript when you made contact with TradeMe, I reply to that transcript email when I need further assistance on the same query. - Cheers.
