How do I get paid by Ping?

Did you have more payment options on your listing like cash or afterpay or was it a Ping payment option only?

The Buyer will have been emailed and received the payment instructions, you're just awaiting them to process the Ping payment for you. - If you don't receive a payment or response send them an email. - Cheers.

Thanks so much, I have emailed them.. how long do I need to wait to hear back from them before I can re-list the item if they don’t pay?

Buyers obligations allow 2 days for contact and 7 days for payment. As they've just made the offer I would expect them to be watching out for a response to this so hopefully you hear back from them soon. - Congratulations on the sale.😊

It's a public holiday weekend so maybe they are away or not able to access the internet as often as others.

If the sale is under a certain amount, you could always ask for cash payment.
