Hi Trade Me Team,
I am writing to inquire about a withdrawal I made from my Ping account to my bank account.
I initiated the transfer on 11 May 2026, which was 4 business days ago. However, the funds have still not appeared in my bank account. Could you please help me check the status of this transaction?
