SOLD PAGE IS A NIGHTMARE
There is so many things WRONG with the sold page NOW that you have disable the desktop site
Sales are in the wrong order
Cant add the tracking number
Cant see if its paid unless you click into it
Cant see the tracking number (COURIER BOOKED TYPE)
Cant see the price of shipping
Cant see the feedback stars of the buyer
Can't filter by payment received
Can't search the buyers username
Can't filter by shipped or tracking numer
Why make us click more than we have too ????
Once you click into it, you cant see the ping fee price
Cant see the feedback stars for the buyer
Cant see the tracking number, you have to go back to the sold page and click courier booked
So you want us to use the Sold My Products page instead of the sold page
Well guess what the item in question that I just sold is NOT THERE, WHERE IS IT????
GOD I HATE TRADEME FIDDLING WITH THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN AND THEN THEY MAKE IT BROKEN
+ HELP AND COMMUNITY ARE HARD TO FIND too

You also can't filter by payment received, shipped etc or search the buyers username to see if they have other purchases you need to combine with. They basically removed all of my favourite/most used features.

BidBud is finally about to stop operating it says
Its blocked by trademe for bidding

Callum Community SuperuserWhile you can't use bidbud for bidding on many auctions now, the sold page is still there and nice and clean.
That is presumably what motopartsonline was referring to.

I've instead gone to My products / sold
and using that today
It does have everything I need, once you figure out where everything is hiding

Bernina - do you have to sign up/in to My Products? & is it helpful - feeling like it is another way of rail-roading...

Hello missycloud. Yes, My Products is very useful in my opinion. I have been using it for many years.
There is a small learning curve but all pretty intuitive. It has many advantages like the ability to create a listing on a single page, not having to click through multiple pages. It can also automate all your relisting and FPO activities.
You can get started right away by importing any of your current listings, or sold / unsold as well as create new listings directly.
Pour yourself a coffee, or rum 'n'coke, hit the button and have a play.

Been using My Products for years too but just the auto listing feature, didnt bother with the rest, but yes I find it is good to use the sold page now and has everything we need, infact it might be better than the origianl sold page, . Things seem hidden but they are there, like the envelope is to email the customer, down arrow to record the tracking number, blue top bar says its paid by ping, search feature is good, etc.. still getting use to it, but yes I reckon go for it

Reading another forum further up the page there is talk that TradeMe might be phasing out My Products so all this advice to start using this feature might be a waste of time ? Also Bid Bud states now on their site "BidBud will be shutting down on the 20th of May 2026" . This site showed TradeMe how everything should be done.So basic & easy to use.Instead we get a mickey mouse circus with many glitches & errors.There are some that we were told well over a year ago that behind the scenes TradeMe staff are working hard to fix certain glitches but are still there.
