How to contact the Trust and Safety team

I need to contact the Trust and Safety team about a defaulted sale (repeat offender) but there is no email address or form link on the TradeMe website to enable this. Does anyone know how to get hold of them?

Hello chainsawdude.

Yes, you just click Contact Us at the bottom of any page on Trade Me (including this one)

At the chat pop up type "leave a message for the team" Then type or paste the members username in and and ask for it to be investigated / noted.

Sorry to read this happened to you again,

Have you Blacklisted this particular Member to prevent them from asking questions and from bidding or selecting Buy Now on your items?

Add or remove from blacklist – Help - Trade Me

There is now a dedicated text box in the bot chat to select & Leave a message for the team.

Entering the Listing number helps staff find the defaulted sale readily also.
