Cannot add member to blacklist

Can you please fix this asap please - trying to add a member to blacklist.
Getting this error:

I do not want this particular member bidding on a current auction i've listed.

I'm using Firefox Browser: 150.0 (64Bit) - latest update. Never had issues before.

Hi, I'm another member and have just tried that function and it loaded the page for me ok. I also checked that I could add to my list and all good. I'm using the desktop site (don't use the app) and with the latest version of chrome. Perhaps you could try again without the app if you are using it. Good luck!

Hi, I don't use the mobile app, only desktop app. Will try with with Edge and see if that works.

Usually this problem is caused by a hidden blank space before the name, common when using copy and paste. Check for that. Otherwise the member might already be on your blacklist or has been disabled. Cheers.

Thanks Paul , i didn't save the member name anywhere so will remember that if he trys to bid again!

Paul has given you good advice, I'm just confirming I use the Edge Browser & have no problem adding or removing Members from my Blacklist - Cheers.
