Editing or Deleting Feedback Broken
I've asked a few Trade Me staff members why the functionality for editing or deleting feedback from other users' profiles has been disabled, and they told me that it's a glitch related to some upgrades.
They haven't said anything beyond this, no ETA, or what the actual problem is, but I wonder if anyone else has this problem.
To be clear: I'm talking about the little link to edit or delete feedback when viewing your feedback left for others on their profile, not from your own account.
This has been broken for quite some time now, is this going to be permanent? It was a good function, and to lose it would make certain parts of the feedback process completely redundant.

The Help file you want is Edit or remove feedback – Help - Trade Me
I'm not TradeMe staff however Yes! Feedback is one of the features being integrated into the New system the company are currently rebuilding - It's such an important feature for all. - If you encounter any trouble in editing or deleting a feedback a staff member will help you. - All the Best.

Kia ora - I'm not sure why you're posting a link to a help file when you are literally replying to a post saying that the function that you're linking to does not work!!!
It does not work, so the Help File you linked to should either be removed or significantly edited because it's completely redundant now.
Make it make sense ...

The link is to the New instructions recently written by content staff which currently works in assisting many users to achieve access to the working editing function links. - I've written 3 further instructions on alternate ways one may be able to access the feedback links which has been beneficial for some in the Help file below...
Changing Feedback – Help - Trade Me
If you are still unable to access the Feedback links from the other Members Profile as a direct result of the system rebuild and you are running the latest up to date browser version for your device plus cleared your cache to remove any redundant cookies you will have to request a staff member to do this for you, as previously advised.
We haven't been given an ETA for when the rebuild or upgrades will be concluded, this is an ongoing process However feedback is an important feature which is remaining.
