Can't book courier, page not accepting pickup address
Everything is normal until clicking "Book your courier". I've tried manually entering my pickup address but it still won't proceed after clicking "Book your courier".
It seemingly thinks it's the wrong postcode as it shows a message briefly at the top of the page to use the postcode finder at the NZ Post website. Have not encountered this issue before.

flossy63 Community SuperuserSometimes you get the generic message like the postcode, when it is not the actual post code, but it can be other factors like incorrect measurement format, make sure you have cm's not mm'salso double check the address on this link, that it correct,some sellers don't sent correct address format, spelling etc. or add an unit A or B, but they do not exist in system yet, so need to manually write the letter on after the street number,0
