Success refund not working
I have clicked the get a success refund tab and nothing happens, I have also asked the chat bot and entered the correct listing number starting with KP and the chat bot keeps asking for the correct number, wow so frustrating! where is the tab to talk to an actual human ???

There is currently no path to go direct to a staff member, in this recent change we leave a message for staff support and these are addressed when sighted through a queued system. - At anytime if the Bot isn't fulfilling the request you can type 'Talk to person' in the box at the bottom of the window, the Bot will request you to leave a message for staff. - If you need to back out and start afresh select the white back arrow at the Top of the window then select the New message blue bar at the Bottom of the following window > select the text box suggestion 'Leave a message for the team'. - If you're circling the Bot type the 'Talk to person'. - Cheers.

How old is the auction? If it is more than 40 days you will have issues and not be able to apply for a success fee refund normally. But if you're within timeframe, yes. KP auctions are known to be problematic and you may need to leave a message as S outlined.

The path through the Bot has the over 40 days to select as well so it's taken care of. - Cheers.
