Returned Item
I have not received a refund for a returned item. The seller keeps ignoring my emails. I have filed a dispute but Trade Me has not replied to my dispute

S Community SuperuserKia Ora nayna1,Sorry to read you're in limbo having not heard from your Seller on returning the item,Are you certain the item has been received by your Seller and did you send it signature required?How long ago did you file your Dispute report? - As you have managed to file the dispute you will be within the given timeframe for this and you can follow where it's at by selecting 'My Requests' at the Top Right of your Post page, Community & Help pages, the status is at the end of the subject line, by clicking on the subject line you pull the dispute report up where you can add further information and make enquiries. - It does take some time for the dispute to wind through the natural process while your Seller is initially contacted and given time to respond - Callum has drawn up a graph showing the usual progression of this which you will find through the link below...In the meantime continue to reach out to your Seller, you can prompt them to check their spam/junk folder for your email through another listing they may have running, if none you can use the feedback page to prompt if you haven't already placed a feedback as this can only be changed the once which is best left till completion of the dispute, showing the outcome.All the Best.0
