Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,
Did the Listing state payment within a certain timeframe or the trade will be cancelled & item relisted?
Have you contacted the Seller at all to organise completing the trade? - Good communication often turns the initial feedback placed around when there's a positive outcome.
The code of conduct states Buyers must make contact within 2 days of winning a Listing and complete the Trade within 7 days of purchase and receiving payment instructions However one must abide by the Listing terms of sale as stated. - If you have no luck dealing with your Seller direct you can file a Feedback dispute though the terms of removal are quite strict, refer to the Help file below and check out the Feedback Policy...
