No tracking on the app
AnsweredI just asked a seller for the tracking number and he said to look at the listing. But I had already looked (on the app) and there was nothing. So I tried on a browser, and it’s right there listed under the heading in my Won Items list. I also received no email to let me know. Usually I thought you receive notification of this if the seller books through Trademe. Why not add this to the app. Surely that is how most people use Trademe.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora soniaj,Ensure you're running the latest up to date version of the App, the iOS was last updated 23 December 2025 & the Android was 17 December 2025.Yes! you would usually get an email from Book a Courier also when the Booking is made. - Double check your spam/junk folder incase one has gone there.Check out the App Troubleshooting steps through the Link below...If you click on the listing in your won items to bring the closed listing up can you see a tracking number in the Top portion?If you're up to date you will want to report these issues through to staff for a fix resolve - Cheers.0
