Seller Ping balance cannot be transferred out
I won an auction and paid via Ping. Seller cannot transfer money out of his Ping account citing the error "You do not have access to this endpoint".
Seller have tried on a different device and same error. In the mean time, I cannot get my goods as he is not confident he will get the money. Fair enough. What is exactly this error and what the seller can do?
I also want my goods delivered and this extremely frustrating. Despite me and seller contacting Trademe, we have no reply.

Your Seller needs to send you the goods as they can see the Ping balance in their Ping account, they aren't to wait until the money is transferred into their Bank account.
The error message they have coming up means their physical device isn't able to connect to or exchange information with the computer network - this well may be awaiting your Seller's Ping verification to be processed, if your Seller has replied to any email requests from the company and you have both left a message through the Chat Bot these will be in the queue working their way to the front of the line, staff are working their way through a very busy workload currently, hopefully they're not too far off reaching your messages. - Cheers.
